ZeviNote is a drafting productivity tool only. It is not a medical platform, clinical system, or compliance tool. Nothing in this Privacy Policy or on the ZeviNote platform constitutes medical, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice.

ZeviNote uses artificial intelligence technology to generate draft documentation based on information submitted by users. We believe in being transparent about how this works:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not use your submitted shift data or generated documents for any purpose other than producing the documents you have requested.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Shift form data and AI-generated documents are retained for a period of 90 days following submission, after which they are deleted from our systems.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@zevinote.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days where no legal retention obligation applies.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted data transmission and access controls.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

ZeviNote is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, contact us immediately at hello@zevinote.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email where required. Continued use of ZeviNote after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
